Service Agreement:
By booking our services through our website, you enter into a service agreement with 360 Fun Booth Jax. This agreement includes the rental of our 360 Photo and Video Booth for your specified event, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Booking and Payment:
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the event date, as specified in our booking confirmation. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, CashApp and cash.

Event Details:
It is essential to provide accurate and complete event details during the booking process, including the date, time, location, and duration of the event. Any changes to these details must be communicated to us as soon as possible to ensure proper arrangements can be made.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Kindly note that the deposit amount is non-refundable and must be paid to reserve the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance must be settled three business days prior to your event.

Nevertheless, if you need to cancel your booking, and the full balance has been paid in advance, we will issue a refund, deducting the non-refundable deposit, as long as we receive cancellation notification at least seven business days before the scheduled event.

Equipment and Setup:
We will provide and set up the necessary equipment for the 360 Photo and Video Booth at the event venue. It is your responsibility to ensure the availability of a suitable space and power supply for the booth setup. Any damage to the equipment caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.

Guest Conduct:
We expect all guests using the 360 Photo and Video Booth to do so responsibly and respectfully. Any misuse, improper behavior, or damage to the booth or equipment caused by guests may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights associated with our website, services, and content provided on 360funboothjax.com are the property of 360 Fun Booth Jax. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of our website or services without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:
360 Fun Booth Jax will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical issues, equipment malfunctions, or accidents during the event. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities related to the use of our services.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
